The customer reception area is easily accessible from the car park dedicated to Tesla customers. Our colleagues at the reception are at your disposal and can guide you in solving any problems encountered with your Tesla car.

In the vicinity of the customer reception is the waiting area where in a pleasant atmosphere you can watch your Tesla car on the monitor while it is being repaired.
Tesla Approved Body Shop Repair
The workshop is fully equipped with state-of-the-art tools and equipment approved by Tesla. All personnel involved are Tesla certified for repairs to the highest standards.
American premium cars can only be repaired by authorized partners. If unauthorized interventions are made in Tesla technology, this could lead to a system registration and loss of warranty. Instead, we, as an approved Tesla partner, guarantee high quality work that meets the highest standards.
